All the registrations (except entrance for only commercial exhibitions) include documentation, lunch and coffees.

Reduced fee for students is for students born after 31 December 1977, registered at any University during courses 2006-2007 or 2007-2008

Fee for exhibitor is for each stand of 6 square meter, and includes a full registration. Furniture is not included.

Standard sponsorship includes a full registration, the right of present one conference and a stand of 6 square meters in the commercial exhibition. Sponsors will be mentioned in the documentation and information of the meeting. The sponsor company will have a discount of 20% in the registration of other staff of the company.

Special sponsorship includes two full registrations. Special sponsors will be mentioned highlighted (in the front page of documents and webpage. The special sponsor company will have a discount of 25% in the registration of other staff of the company.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be sent by e-mail to info@pmH2.com, before 13 October and the 100% of the inscription will be refunded, except 100 € for cancellation costs. There is not refund for those cancellations requested after this date.
